That's why she decided to open a restaurant in Calle della Regina, 2262, in Santa Croce district, offering customers the best of traditional Venetian cuisine revisited with creativity and lightness. At the "Vecio Fritolin" points to the gastronomic offer excellent quality of ingredients, strictly fresh and seasonal. You can enjoy homemade pasta with scallops and zucchini flowers, fried or very light cut of tuna. Since 2006, the Vecio Fritolin manages the cafe and restaurant in the Palazzo Grassi, home to the prestigious Contemporary Art Collection of Francois Pinault. Closed on Monday.
