The Al Covo restaurant is located in the Castle 3968, Campiello della Peschiera. It Was founded in 1987 by the common desire of Benelli and his wife Diane Rankin. Over the years has maintained its character as a "laboratory" for the conservation and enhancement of the products of "territory" lagoon and the search for raw materials of exception. The restaurant, located just off the beaten track, near the historic Arsenale, is small and cozy and is composed of two inner rooms, very comfortable and a summer terrace overlooking the ancient square. Rest Wednesdays and Thursdays.
