A step away from the Palazzo Ducale and Piazza San Marco, is the Taverna Dei Dogi. Typical Venetian restaurant, decorated with beautiful paintings of art, specializing in business lunches and dinners for groups and conventions, with excellent cuisine for tourist passing through. The specialty is seafood. In summer there is also the possibility to eat outside in the garden of the premises. The Doges' Tavern Restaurant is open from Carnival in December each year.
