Typical taverns
These are called "wine bars" where, precisely, whre you can consum typically food with friends quickly with an aperitif or a glass of white wine spritzer and tasting some "cicheto". The word Bacaro is made to derive from a saying popular among wine connoisseurs who say 'it is a wine to berries', which is made with grapes of good quality and therefore good, but you can also notice the similarity of the word with the name of Bacchus, god of wine.
